Shipping & Returns


Orders are usually shipped out within two (2) business days subject to the availability of products ordered.

Payment Options: Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

For some bulky and heavy items, shipping cost varies depending on factors such as weight, destination, and delivery times. Customers will be advised of the cost (to be added to customers’ orders) before the order is shipped out.

There is no handling fee.

For international orders, kindly check with your local customs office for information on import duties/taxes/brokerage fees that may apply to your shipment. We are not responsible for these costs. These costs are the customers’ responsibility.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $150*

Ontario Swim Hub offers FREE shipping within Canada on all orders of $150 or more, before taxes. If the order total, before taxes, is less than $150, shipping rates will apply:

In-Store Pick-up

If you live in or near Markham/GTA, you may wish to collect your order directly in store. Please select “Pick Up” in the order delivery options.

Your order will be ready for pick up within one (1) business day, and you will be so advised by email or telephone. Our store is open from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday (except statutory holidays) at the following address:

Ontario Swim Hub strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Kindly examine the products closely when you receive them.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the new & unused product within 7 days from the receipt of your order.

Returned products must be in new condition, with the original packaging, and all tags and hygienic liners (if applicable) intact. An item that has obviously been worn, is presented without its tags and hygienic liner, and/or is not in resalable condition will not be accepted for return. We ask that you keep your underwear on when trying on swimwear, and remember to handle with care.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For returns, we can accept an item sent back for a refund of the purchase price of the item (if any discounts are applied, the refund will reflect the discounted price, not the full price).

For exchanges of merchandise, due to inventory management, we are unable to process direct exchanges of merchandise. We can accept a return for a refund (see above), and then you are free to reorder the item in the size/colour/cut that you prefer.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, refunds, or returns.

Competition Swimsuits

Competition suits may not be returned without prior authorization. All competition swimwear is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure that it is free of defects or tears. To be accepted for return, all competition swimwear must be in perfect condition, without any marks or damage. Please contact us at to obtain authorization.

Administrative Fees

A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned for a full refund.

No re-stocking fee will be charged for the exchange of the returned items for similarly priced products. Re-shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be credited to the same account used on the original order.

For shoes returned, please do not damage the original shoe box when returning new or un-worn shoes for a refund. We cannot re-sell shoes without the manufacture’s original box in good condition.

There will be no refund and/or credit for shoes sent back in damaged shoe boxes.

Return Procedure

Ensure your returned item(s) meets the criteria listed above.

US/International Customers

All purchases are final sale.

Due to complications arising from import duties/taxes, we are unable to accept any returns from outside Canada.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Ontario Swim Hub will not be responsible for losses resulting from shipping delays, errors, or non-delivery.

Should a shipment arrived in a damaged and unacceptable condition, the customer must advise the shipper immediately.

Returned items are the customer's responsibility.
